Feb 23, 2017 | 0 comments

Based on a study carried out by the ISEG, the Portuguese economy is estimated to have “strong growth” in the first half of the year and GDP is expected to increase above the government’s forecast. Based on the evolution of the Portuguese economy at the end of 2016, strong growth was expected in the first half of the year, although the second half is more uncertain. However, this growth is expected to exceed the expectations included in the State Budget for 2017, exceeding the forecast growth of 1.5%.
