The Tax authorities website has published Circular No. 20,177 of 30 April 2015, which clarifies the doubts that have been raised by the approval of the obligation to issue the electronic rental receipt.
In this context, Ministerial Order no. 101/2015.XIX of the Secretariat of State for Tax Affairs was also published, which clarifies other aspects relating to this matter and other related issues.
