FINPARTNER- CONSULTADORIA, CONTABILIDADE E FISCALIDADE, SA (“Finpartner”) processes the User’s personal data, collected through the www.finpartner.pt app, optional forms to be filled by the holder, subscription by the user, of Finpartner information, Newsletters, Webinars, and other events, when the holder delivers his personal card, emails sent by the holder, or telephone contacts, in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council April 27, 2016.
Finpartner may transmit User data to third parties, when necessary for the exercise of its activity. Finpartner may also disclose the User’s personal data if this is required by law or if necessary to (i) comply with Finpartner’s legal obligations or (ii) protect the personal security of users.
Personal data will be kept in the territory of the European Union, in Portugal, although data may be transmitted to the other Member States, always subject to the User’s prior consent. Finpartner will take the necessary security measures to guarantee the confidentiality of personal data, ensuring that this transfer is made by the Personal Data Protection Act.

All data collected by Finpartner, within the scope of the contractual relationship for the provision of legal services between Finpartner and the client, will be processed in order to comply with all the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation, under the terms previously indicated, as well as all the legal obligations arising from all applicable national and international laws, including EOAs In the scope of the practice of providing legal services, we may deal with special categories of data (article 9 GDPR), in which case one or more of the following conditions of legitimacy of Article 9 (2): cases where processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person, in case the data subject is physically or legally incapable of give your consent; if treatment is necessary for the declaration, exercise or defense of a right in a judicial proceeding, and; when treatment is necessary for reasons of major public interest, such as practicing law, based on European Union or Member State law.
Personal data collected on the Finpartner app will be kept for a period of 10 years, but we will regularly send information for the exercise of the right of opposition or deletion, except in the case of CVs that will remain for a period of 6 months. The data related to legal proceedings will be maintained during the term of office and for the period of prescription of rights thereafter.
